This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through the Kefalonia Daily Tours website [kefaloniadailytours.gr] (“Site”). By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms:
General Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel your reservation for tours or transfers, you must provide a cancellation notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
- Refund: If you cancel your reservation with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the booking.
- Late Cancellations: No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Private Tours / Cruises / Transfers and Cruise Ship Port Access
- Private Tour / Transfer Cancellations: If you book a private tour or transfer and you are visiting Kefalonia Island by cruise ship, and your ship cannot access the port due to weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond your control, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the booking.
- Notification: In case of cruise ship-related cancellations, it is your responsibility to promptly inform us of the situation and provide any necessary documentation or proof from the cruise ship authorities.
- If the cruise get cancelled due to weather conditions we will try to rearrange another date for your cruise or you will get a full refund.
Refund Process
- Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must comply with the cancellation policy stated above.
- Refund Method: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method used for the booking.
- Processing Time: Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited back to your account. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Changes to the Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review this Cancellation Policy periodically for any updates.
