Refund: If you cancel your reservation with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the booking.
Late Cancellations: No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Private Tour / Transfer Cancellations: If you book a private tour or transfer and you are visiting Kefalonia Island by cruise ship, and your ship cannot access the port due to weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond your control, you will be refunded the full amount paid for the booking.
Notification: In case of cruise ship-related cancellations, it is your responsibility to promptly inform us of the situation and provide any necessary documentation or proof from the cruise ship authorities.
